TicPlay Privacy Policy

TicPlay is a Tic Tac Toe game. This policy covers the TicPlay Android app and the TicPlay website.
Information we collect
We (the developer) don't collect personal information. TicPlay has no accounts or sign-in, and doesn't ask for your name, email, contacts or location.
Advertising (website)
The TicPlay website may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure and limit ads and prevent fraud. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent through Google's consent message. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings.
Advertising (Android app)
The Android app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and use information from your device, including:
- your device's advertising ID,
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
- information about your interactions with ads, and app performance and diagnostics data.
If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy options. On any Android device you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Google → Ads).

Purchases
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The app only checks with Google Play whether you own the purchase.
Information stored on your device
Your settings (music, sound, vibration, theme, language, difficulty, board size) and your game scores are saved only on your own device, using your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us. You can delete them by using "Reset scores" in Settings, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app.
Hosting
The website's files are served by Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, it may briefly process technical information such as your IP address to deliver the files. See Firebase's privacy information.
Children
Because the Android app shows ads, it is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
